Already have a HighLevel account?

Are you already a HighLevel user with active account that you pay for?

If you are an eSpeakers PRO member, the monthly fee for a HighLevel account is included in the fee you pay for your PRO subscription. You can transfer your HighLevel account to be under the eSpeakers "agency" so that the monthly fee is absorbed by eSpeakers. Usage-based fees for SMS, email, etc. are still billed to you directly by HighLevel.

See sections below for what does and does not transfer over when you move your account.

The support options, specialized marketing content, and eSpeakers calendar integration only work if your HighLevel sub-account is under the eSpeakers Agency.

Transferring your HighLevel account to eSpeakers:

  1. Active subscriptions like Wordpress, Yext, Whatsapp, Dedicated IP etc. won't get transferred. If you have any of these, cancel them before continuing to the next step. Once the transfer is complete you can re-subscribe to them.
  2. Contact your current HighLevel "Agency" and have them transfer your HighLevel "sub-account" to eSpeakers. Your HL Agency is whomever is currently collecting your monthly or annual fee for the CRM: it may be HighLevel itself, or it may be another HighLevel reseller. You can send them this link with Agency instructions for transferring.
  3. You'll need to provide them the "Relationship Number" of the Agency you are moving to.
** The eSpeakers HL Relationship Number is: 0-393-821 **
  4. Once you are notified they have transferred it, notify us at support@espeakers.com, so that we can accept your transfer. Your HighLevel account will then be under the eSpeakers Agency, and your HL account will be included in your eSpeakers PRO account fee.
  5. Once you have confirmation that your account has been transferred, you will need to complete the process by connecting your eSpeakers account to your HighLevel account.
  6. Usage-based fees for SMS, email, etc. are still billed directly by HighLevel.
